  • Each and every item on this website was made by Toronto-based multidisciplinary artist, Alydendron. A lifelong crafter, she is a professionally trained seamstress and self-taught in a slew of other skills that present as the products you see here. The only items not 100% hand crafted by her are the art prints, colouring book, and enamel pin.

  • Absolutely! Aly both thanks and blames the ADHD for everything.

  • Most everything you can find here was created by the power of hyperfocus. Some things are made in such large quantities, or so intensely that the ADHD goblin says no more when it’s all done.

    If you’re asking about the flower skulls though: Aly simply doesn’t have the appropriate workspace to make them bubble free anymore. That said, as soon as she can, they and the snails and the mushroom babes will all make their returns.

  • If there’s no form open, there’s no slots open in the commission schedule. Sorry not sorry, this is a one-woman operation and time is precious.

  • Unless there’s an advertised coupon code or automatic sale, the prices are what they are and will not be adjusted regardless of the size

    of your order.

  • Current wait between placing your order and having it shipped out is 2-3 business days for ready-made items, subject to change

    Canadian delivery is 2-5 business days
    USA delivery is roughly 5-10 business days
    International delivery is approximately 5-14 business days

    All non-Canadian orders are subject to potential holds at customs

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • All lettermail, parcels, and packages run through Canada Post to get to the final destination.

  • ALL ORDERS ARE SENT WITH TRACKING

    However, you may receive your order before you get your tracking number if located in Ontario. All orders are also insured (to a maximum of 300$CAD) for their value, just in case.

  • If you’ve not received a tracking number within a week of placing your order, please contact using the form above - Aly may simply be overwhelmed and have forgotten to enter the info.

  • DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) Shipping is for customers located in the USA facing threat of huge tariff-based fees upon arrival of international orders. Your shipping charge might seem a bit steep, but it will save you in the end!

  • If you’re not in Canada, it may be stuck in customs. Dendrite Designs cannot be held responsible for delays via international customs, this is just the way of the world. If you’re in Canada, or it truly has been ages, please fill out the contact form so we can try to see what’s happened.

  • Unfortunately that’s something that can’t be stomped out by one artist. Please consult your country’s policies on importing goods before placing international orders from small businesses before asking us to pay it for you.
